Rob was born and raised in San Juan, Texas, a small town in the Rio Grande Valley. As an associate at Roberts Markland LLP, Rob specializes in commercial litigation, auto accidents, commercial accidents, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death cases, righting the wrongs done to his clients.

Prior to becoming an associate at Roberts Markland LLP, Rob attended the University of Texas at Austin where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government. He later attended the Thurgood Marshall School of Law where he competed in both moot court competitions and negotiations competitions. Rob was a member of the Hispanics Law Student Association, and later became the Articles Editor for the school’s law review.

Since joining Roberts Markland LLP—he has litigated many types of cases to settlement and verdict, seeking justice for his clients every step of the way. In his free time, Rob enjoys playing sports, lifting weights, hunting and fishing, going to the movies, and traveling.
